What you can do
with Company Inbox.

  • Brings a mailbox the person just signed in to into the app: reads its address from the provider, adds it, then brings in the last 90 days newest first
  • Brings in new mail from every connected mailbox, sums each conversation up in one line, says whether it needs a reply, and drafts the replies that do in the person's voice
  • Writes another draft for one conversation, as the person asked (shorter, firmer, warmer, a polite no, or their own words)
  • Sends the messages a person queued or scheduled, from the mailbox they chose, once their time has come; never anything else
  • Unsubscribes from a newsletter a person chose, through its own unsubscribe link or address
