You can try an Individual plan (User, Builder or Max) for 3 days, with a personal or a work email. Business plans (Team and Scale) need a work email and your company's domain claimed, and have the same 3 days. A card is required, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. The trial comes with 5,000 credits on a personal email, 15,000 on a work email, and 20,000 on a Business plan. When your plan starts, its full month of credits replaces your trial credits; if you do not start a plan, they end a day after the trial. Temporary email addresses do not get a trial.
What is the signup offer?
When you sign up you get an extra 5% to 30% off your first year of a yearly plan, depending on the plan. Max has no extra offer. The offer is for yearly billing, lasts 48 hours from the moment you sign up, and is for your first subscription only. The app shows your exact deadline. On monthly billing, your first month costs less instead.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly credits expire at the end of the period they arrive in, and do not roll over. Credits you buy as top-ups never expire. On a yearly plan, credits arrive each month.
Which models can I use?
Every plan can use every model. Each model uses credits at its own rate, so a fast model stretches your credits further and a smart model gets the harder work done.
Can I change plan, or add seats?
Yes. You can change your plan, or add and remove seats on Team and Scale, from Billing in the app. Changes are billed pro-rata.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
You can cancel any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge. Read the Refund Policy for the detail.
Why yearly billing?
Yearly billing takes 20% off the monthly price. You pay for the year up front. Monthly billing has no commitment.
