- Compiles the week's content report and emails it to the recipients and the Slack channel, word for word as the Report screen shows it, or resends a past one
- Brings in what the blog published on WordPress.com or Webflow, matching each post to its piece or adding it, so the report counts what went live
- Connects the blog (read only), email or Slack the report goes through, records on Delivery what it found, and brings in a new blog's last 30 days
- Adds ideas to the board, moves a piece to another step or gives it a new owner, when asked in chat
