What you can do
with Presentations.

  • Drafts a deck's outline from a sentence, pasted notes or a document: the slides in order and the points on each, for the member to shape before any slide is written
  • Writes the slides from the outline in the deck's style, one at a time, with speaker notes and, when asked, the workspace's own numbers and their sources
  • Rewrites one slide as asked (shorter, a graph, split in two, a picture, the member's own words, the gaps filled) or writes its speaker notes, as a suggestion to keep or drop
  • Suggests a new slide at a place in the deck, to keep or drop
  • Checks a copied deck's numbers against their sources and suggests the slides where a number changed
